How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches Ppwalls Concrete to be treated fairly. If something did not go as it should, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Ppwalls Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Ppwalls Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@ppwalls.homes and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
